Build an AI marketing team for a contractor

Treat each tool as a "team member" with one job, and have a person approve anything public.
The roles
- Local SEO lead: keep Google Business Profile complete, with weekly photo posts (help). Use Semrush for keywords and Surfer to write service-area pages ("concrete driveway cost in San Diego").
- Content writer: Jasper or a general assistant turns job photos and notes into project case studies.
- Social manager: Canva for before/after graphics and Buffer to schedule 3 posts a week.
- Email marketer: Mailchimp for a quarterly past-client newsletter and maintenance reminders (help).
- Reviews manager: NiceJob, Birdeye or Podium auto-request reviews at job closeout and draft replies.
- Ads and tracking: Google Ads (including Local Services Ads) plus CallRail to tie calls to campaigns.
The agent glue
An n8n workflow (AI docs) does this: when a job closes in your CRM, it pulls photos, drafts a case study and social post, queues a review request and adds a newsletter item. A person approves everything, then it publishes.
Weekly rhythm
Monday: review leads by source. Wednesday: one SEO page. Friday: approve the next week of posts. Monthly: reply to every review and trim ad spend that is not producing calls.
